The Challenge

Families visiting Walt Disney World face a staggering planning burden. Between four parks, fluctuating wait times, limited Lightning Lane availability, and hundreds of dining options, most guests waste hours standing in line or scrambling to rebook.

Our Approach

We built Rope Drop Hero as a native Swift/SwiftUI iOS app anchored by a voice-first AI concierge. Using WebRTC real-time sessions with ChatGPT Workflows, the concierge can hold a natural conversation, understand context, and take action — rebooking Lightning Lanes, adjusting itineraries, and securing dining reservations hands-free.
